Grant access to your Google My Business Account

Login to Google My Business (GMB)

Login at business.google.com

Select the Business Name to Access the Dashboard

Select Users menu item

Click "Add users"

Add user to account

Enter the user's email address

Select the role, either Manager or Owner

Click "Invite"
